4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Certain features within Magic Gambit require a paid subscription. All payments are securely processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused time, or accidental purchases. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will prevent future charges, but will not result in a refund of any amount already paid.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The game, its original content, features, gameplay mechanics, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Magic Gambit and its licensors. Our intellectual property must not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Magic Gambit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
